1. This event is a fundraiser for the Wenatchee Valley College Foundation. Net proceeds will benefit the foundation’s mission: to provide equitable access to education and invest in student success through philanthropy.   
  2. This year we will be charging a $100 fee to reserve your spot.  You are always welcome to make an additional donation after the event. Pay Registration Fee Online or mail payment to WVC Foundation, 1300 5th Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801.  
  3. Food vendors must provide the following the day of the event:
    1. Handwashing station (gravity-fed with warm water, pump soap and basin for overflow.) You must provide your own water source.
    2. Temporary Food Establishment Permit from Chelan Douglas Health District. Go to Chelan Douglas Health District for information on temporary applications.  Vendors should be prepared to be inspected by Dept. of Health.
    3. Fire extinguisher. The Wenatchee Fire Dept. may check during the event.
    4. Be prepared with power cords, a generator (just in case) and ability to level your truck as there could be a slope around the fountain area on WVC Campus.
    5. Electricity will be provided to the best of our ability but there are no guarantees. Vendors must provide their own 12-gauge extension cord and proper covering. Any adapters are the responsibility of the vendor. We will do our best to make sure that power is as close as possible.
  4. The event will take place Rain or Shine. Food Truck Vendors are responsible for protecting all your equipment and/or merchandise from inclement weather. 
  5. Vendors can set up at 12 pm and must be ready to conduct sales by 3 pm. Breakdown must not begin before 8 pm and must be completed by 10 pm. All vehicles must be out off campus by 10:30 pm.
  6. Your vendor registration entitles you to 1 space.  Truck location on the WVC campus will be assigned prior to the event.  You are required to have an attendant present during all hours of the event as well as during set up and takedown.
  7. Your vendor application and agreement will describe your food offering for your truck.  We understand the menu might change based on ingredients available.  Our goal is to have one food type per truck. If on the day of the event, items controversial in nature (inappropriate for family viewing) you will be asked to remove such items.
  8. No microphones or playing of music is allowed.
  9. No raffles or games of chance are allowed.
  10. Any vendor who pours grease or disposes of food waste on campus will be fined $150 and will be liable for further damages.
  11. All spaces must be left in the condition that they were found. DO NOT leave behind trash or any leftover merchandise. Any vendor violating this rule will not be asked to return to future events. All merchandise left after 11 pm will be removed by Wenatchee Valley College at the expense of the vendor. WVC will provide garbage cans and bags.
  12.  As part of our fundraiser, the Foundation will be selling water, and soda products.  Please refrain from selling these types of beverages at this event.  Alcohol sales are only allowed in the Beer/Wine Garden. provided by the Rotary Club of the Confluence.
